Established in 1997, Justin Blair & Company has grown and evolved over the years to meet the changing needs of the foot and shoe care industry. Our management team, with over 40 years of experience in this industry, has led Justin Blair to become a leading manufacturer and distributor in both the foot health and shoe care markets. Currently we offer a full line of professional foot and shoe care products from top brands, offer quality brand shoe distribution, and manufacture materials for orthotic applications. Our wide range of products allows us to provide full service offerings to our customers serving the needs of the industry. We have experience and expertise serving both the small independent business owners as well as meeting the needs of our national retail partners.

Since early 2009 we have embarked on strengthening our business to better server you. In 2009 the management team, upon acquiring it’s vendor, started Marcott Hosiery, the industry leading disposable foot sox manufacturer to stock the best disposable foot sox in the market. This allows us to bring you the same quality products as we deliver to national shoe departments.
In August 2014 Justin Blair & Company acquired the material conversion division of Aetrex Worldwide, Inc. to expand our product line to orthotic markets.
In early 2016 we entered into exclusive distribution agreements with both Apex Foot Health (an OHI Company) and INGSource, Inc. (offering the Orthosleeve product line) enabling us to better serve your shoe and foot care needs. Both companies are putting their support behind us by making us the go-to Midwest distributor in the DME and Independent Pharmacy channels for their products. Through these partnerships, you as our customer, benefit from a trusted, knowledgeable and capable source to order and deliver product when you need it. Our People
Marvin Bearak
Marvin Bearak is the founder of Justin Blair & Company. His roots in the shoe care industry go all the way back to his father who entered the industry back in the 1950’s. In 1988, Marvin became president of the industry’s largest supplier CSL, to the shoe findings industry. Starting Justin Blair & Company in 1997, Marvin set out to create the leading supplier to shoe stores across the country. Marvin is a graduate of Northern Illinois University.
Scott Weinstein
Scott has over 27 years in the shoe care industry. Scott’s first position after graduating from the University of Wisconsin was working for CSL, the country’s largest master distributor of shoe care supplies. After working for other distributors, Scott joined Justin Blair & Company in 1998. Now, Chief Sales Officer of Justin Blair & Company, Scott has shaped the company’s product mix and growth over the years.
Justin Bearak
Joining the company in 2005, Justin brought his engineering and marketing expertise to enhance the operations of Justin Blair & Company. Today, all marketing, operational infrastructure, day-to-day operations run through Justin’s office. Justin graduated from University of Arizona and Northwestern’s Kellogg school of business.
Janet Quezada
A Member of the Justin Blair customer service team. Janet brings over 15 years of experience in both accounting and customer service.
Paula Antczak
Head of the accounts receivable department at Justin Blair. Paula has over 15 years of accounting experience which she brought to Justin Blair 6 years ago. Her background includes working in one of Chicago’s premier accounting firms.
Gabriel Valdez
Manager of purchasing, Gabriel brings over 20 years of experience in warehouse and purchasing management.
Karen Eng
A Member of the Justin Blair customer service team. Karen brings over 15 years of delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
Michelle Patton
Michelle, recently joined the Justin Blair team at the beginning of 2022. She has decades of customer service experience and is a great addition to our team.
Matt Losoya
Leading our production and manufacturing departments, Matt has been with Justin Blair for over 8 years. He is instrumental in leading our skilled operators to produce the quality products proudly made at Justin Blair & Company.
Mark Sheehan
Mark is our warehouse manager and inside shoe repair expert. With over 15 years serving the shoe repair trade in Chicago, Mark is uniquely qualified to lead our warehouse operations.
