What is your order lead-time?
We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. If you require an order to ship same day, please notate this request with your order. Any order received after 2pm CST will not be able to ship the same day.
How do you ship orders?
We use UPS as our primary carrier for small parcel shipments. However we can ship using FedEx or USPS upon request. If you would like to use your account with either FedEx or UPS please make sure to notate this request with your order.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards. Order amounts are authorized to your card at order entry, but not charged to your card until the order ships.
Are your products warranted?
As your supplier offering multiple brands and products we honor the policies of all brands carried. The Ralyn and NightCare brands do not come with warranties. However, we will evaluate product issues on a case-by-case basis.
How can I track my order?
If your order has shipped via UPS or FedEx you can look up the tracking number(s) by logging into your account, searching order history to find the specific order and viewing the order detail. The tracking number will appear in the detail. In addition, if you’ve supplied an email address, invoices containing shipment tracking information can be emailed to you automatically upon shipment. If you are not currently receiving invoices automatically, please contact customer service (phone: 800-566-0664 or email: orders@justinblair.biz) to have your account updated.
What if I forgot my username?
